About the owner
Kaycee Frost is the owner-operator of Elie Bleu Threading and Spa. She is a licensed esthetician and has a BA in Performing Arts and is also a graduate at Milwaukee Area Technical College -Aesthetics. She is married with four awesome sons. Kaycee learned from her grandmother about the importance of sunscreen and moisturizer at the age of 9 years old, so she has always been interested in skincare.

After years of selling skincare products for a popular skincare company, Kaycee started Elie Bleu Threading and Spa LLC. The name is after her son, Elijah (Eli) Blue. The business began as solely a brow and makeup business, but Kaycee always knew she would expand to a full spa one day. With the help of her family and loyal clients, her dream finally came true.
